Tracy Wainwright is a long-time resident of James City County and has been active in many areas of the community, including serving low-income residents in various capacities, running a women’s conference, and leading a local homeschool co-op. She loves living in the Chickahominy/Cypress Point area with her husband of 23 years, Gary, her four children, and fun-loving dog.
Tracy earned an A.S. from TNCC, B.A. from UVA, and M.Ed. from William & Mary. She’s worked in the WJCC school system, for a non-profit counseling center, for JCC, and is now a business owner/entrepreneur. She’s a multi-published author, speaker, and coach, and is active in her church. Tracy is passionate about smart growth, common-sense approaches to policy-making, and responsible taxing and spending. |
I love calling James City County home and will fight to see positive changes and responsible growth to maintain the uniqueness and beauty of our county.
